This paper introduces the theories of open technology innovation and information ecology, from the perspective of information ecology. It combines a series of problems which small and micro enterprises face in the process of open technology innovation activities. It explore how to realize dynamic balance of the small and micro enterprises open technology innovation information ecosystem, in order to establish and improve small and micro enterprises information service platform. This would increase the effectiveness of information services, and promotes small and micro enterprises technology innovation to achieve sustainable healthy development. Through the theory of information ecology, this paper puts forward countermeasures on the small and micro enterprises internal and external problems of open technology innovation for enterprises to reference.
